Full Terms and Conditions – January 2012
Goods will not be despatched until full payment has been received.
All prices shown are inclusive of vat @ 20%.
We do not despatch goods outside the UK (No exceptions).
Postage and packing is included.
Goods will be despatched within 4 working days after full payment has been received and can
take up to 6 working days to reach their destination.
If goods are not received within 10 days customer must notify us.
BG Marketing will not take responsibility for goods damaged in transit if we are not advised
within 24 hours of delivery.
Goods displayed on this web site are done so in good faith. BG Marketing does not take any
responsibility for errors in technical detail displayed on this site as technical data and
specification is provided by our suppliers.
Robomow demonstrations and our Robomow Service Plans 2012 apply to mainland UK only.
Offers & promotions only apply during their stated promotion period.
BG Marketing will not endorse any warranty or give a refund if the goods have been damaged
by the customer. In the case of Robomow Machines this applies if the damage is incurred by
poor installation.
By placing an order you are deemed to have read and agree to these terms.

Information is collected through the ordering process and email enquiries in accordance with
the Data Protection Act 1998
All information gathered is accessible and used only by BG Marketing to necessitate order
processing and delivery of goods.
Periodically BG Marketing may send news of offers and promotions via email.
If you do not wish to receive such emails please opt out by sending an email with the subject
heading “Opt Out” to sale@bgmarketinguk.com
Data collected by this site is used to (a) Take and fulfil customer orders, (b) Administer and
enhance the site and service, (3) Only disclose information to third parties for goods delivery
purposes.
Financial details are only used for transaction purposes and are not stored by BG Marketing.
All online payment processes are completed using Google Checkout and “CardSave”
payment systems.
Returns Policy
BG Marketing does not operate a “try and return” policy
Faulty goods should be notified to us as soon as possible
Faulty goods must be returned to us at the customer’s expense. However, if the goods are
confirmed as faulty then these charges will be refunded and suitable replacement or refund will
be given.
BG Marketing is under no obligation to accept returns of Non-Faulty goods after the 7 day
cooling off period.
